Easy Series
Easy 150 is the smallest and most efficient next-generation sliding door track currently available on the market, designed and manufactured specifically for the opening of interior doors in a living room, kitchen, office, study, or access to a wardrobe.
The Easy sliding door track is available in two versions: Easy 75 and Easy 150.
The difference lies in the weight capacity of a single door leaf, which can
be up to 75 kg in the first case, while up to 150 kg in the second case.

Minimalist design and durable resistance
Made of anodized aluminum, the Easy 150 sliding door tracks are
very durable over time due to their high resistance to oxidation
and mechanical stress, as well as being extremely lightweight and compact.
Inside the sliding door track, there is the sliding carriage, the magnetic
motor, the power supply, the electro-lock, and the stop buffers. All these
elements fit perfectly within the sliding door system, which, with its
reduced dimensions (64×48 mm), maintains a simple and linear design, applicable anywhere while always respecting the aesthetics and harmony of your interior spaces.

Operation
Unlike traditional rails for sliding doors, Easy 150 does not
have mechanical motors, belts, pulleys, or other elements that cause noise and are bulky.
The roller sliding track slides without any contact, pushed like a feather on a static motor with high propulsive energy.
This is made possible by the use of a low-voltage power supply (24v) connected to a small magnetic motor which, with each electrical impulse, interacts with magnets placed on the sliding carriage allowing its movement.
The innovative magnetic levitation of the Easy 150 sliding door track has made it possible to obtain a product with a compact, resistant, and ultra-silent design, perfectly adaptable to the dimensions of your doors
with a maximum capacity of 150 kg.

In Low-Energy mode, the movement reacts to any obstacle in a particularly sensitive and immediate way, ensuring maximum safety. The addition of safety sensors is not strictly necessary, as the use of sliding door tracks in low-energy applications is allowed even without sensors according to DIN 18650 and EN 16005, ANSI, and BSI standards.
Configuration
Unlike traditional mechanisms for sliding doors, which require manual
configurations, thanks to our Android/iOS APP, it will be possible to
configure and manage all the adjustment parameters of the sliding mechanism with the utmost convenience and simplicity, including the opening and closing speed, the interval of time when the door is open, operating modes, and touch sensitivity.
Introduction to Motorized Sliding Doors
A motorized sliding door system is an innovative way to open and close the door inside your interior spaces.
For many years all the motorized sliding doors were projected to be installed for outside solutions, like for supermarket’s entrance, hotel halls, for the airports but not for other environments like homes.
That’s because all the motorized systems were very huge and complex inside, with big motors, hinges, straps and other components that together make a very big track not suitable for interior spaces.
Thanks to our engine and projects, we studied and find a different technology by using magnetic operation.
A magnetic motor will change its polarity with an electric impulse, interacting with a permanent magnets trail that moves the door to right or left. Very simple operation, without all mechanical parts inside, our motorized sliding door systems are very light and compact: power supply 24V, magnetic motor and trail are all inside a 64×48 mm track. Suited for wood, glass doors, or motorized sliding door blinds, our system is a perfect and elegant solution for your luxury interior spaces like a wardrobe or a living room.

Without all mechanical parts inside, our motorized sliding door systems are very quite with smooth and soft movements during the opening and closing phase. Once you fixed the track with the door to the counterframe, you will ready to use the system in the simplest way possible.
Smart Home Integration
With our optimized software inside, our track supports many devices for managing opening and closing, including Alexa, Google home and other smart home integration systems.
It will be enough to connect the receiver to our control board, follow the home automation instructions device’s and “abracadabra” you will open the door just with your voice!
If you’d like to control and manage all the functions like opening/closing speed, if the door has to be totally opened or closed, its resistance with an obstacle and making an auto-reverse movement, thanks to our android App it will be easy!
Safety and Durability
If the door accidentally hit you or something else, it will make an auto-reverse movement, but, if you’d like you can add detection photocells. During your project you can choose by implementing your system with an electric lock with a dedicated key that works together locking the door from the opposite side maintaining privacy. A red color led will appear to the opposite side and nobody will able to enter inside the room.
Usually, when the power goes out, the system will unlocked and you can open manually the door for your safety. In case of you need to maintain the privacy or a room locked, we can keep on the power by adding a couple of batteries connected to the control board that will start to work just in case the power were gone out.
High quality of materials and few elements inside the track means a long-lasting performance, with no maintenances required.
Aesthetic Design
With a very small and silent track, your luxury environments will be enhanced with a beautiful and innovative aesthetic. Without a manual lock, the door will be cleaner with a minimal design. For a wardrobe room, a motorized sliding glass door will be the most elegant solution. Generally, for big passages our sliding door systems will give more light and more available space instead of traditional swing doors.
Technical Specifications
With a 240/24V power supply, our tracks support doors up to 150kg both wood, glass or doors with aluminum frame thanks to different small brackets.
Next to the power supply is connected a magnetic linear motor. Behind the motor we’ll find the wheel trail where the door is fixed. On the top of the trail is located a strip of permanent magnets that moves the trail when the motor is going to change its polarity. This operation doesn’t require a lot of electric current, so you’ll save a lot of energy.
